Ann received her degree in nursing and served as a nurse at Mary Black Hospital and Spartanburg Regional Hospital in the operating room.  She also practiced for many years as a licensed electrolysist.  After making several pilgrimages to Medjugorje, Ann and her co-proprietor Ann Marie Rowe opened the Catholic Shoppe in Spartanburg, SC where she was an avid evangelizer of the Catholic faith. She loved attending the Masters Golf Tournament in Savannah Georgia.  Ann lived on White Oak Mountain for many years, enjoying the beauty of nature, the view and having her family and friends visit to share this with her.

Ann was a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, enjoying daily mass and adoration of the Eucharist.  Along with her devotion to her faith, she received great joy serving as an extraordinary lay minister of the Eucharist by distributing Holy Communion to the sick and home bound. Ann, as a Third Order Lay Carmelite, lived a life dedicated to prayer and strengthening her spirit, through our Lord and the Blessed Mother Mary. She demonstrated her love to God through her devoted love for family and friends. Ann was a great friend to many people and will be deeply missed.
