Steve Dwight Ruff, 53, of Inman, S.C. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014. Born in Polk County, he is survived by his mother Sue Pittman Ruff; his wife, Cathy Metcalf Ruff; and daughter, Victoria Rushing. Services will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 in the Restoration Church, Spartanburg, S.C.
