Polk County District Court results – April 10, 2024

In Polk County District Court on April 10, 2024, with Judge James Marshall presiding, 97 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

 

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

William Torres Agee was convicted of going armed to terror of people. Agee was fined $200 plus court costs.

 

Belinda Bradley was convicted of larceny by employee. Bradley was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation. Bradley must also pay court costs and $1,004.22 in restitution. 

 

Jonathan Cervantes was convicted of driving while impaired. Cervantes was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation. Cervantes must also complete 24 hours of community service and was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Kevin Clyburn was convicted of simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. Clyburn was fined $25 plus court costs.

 

Natilie Conner was convicted of probation violation. Conner was sentenced to 45 days in jail, with 12 days credit time served. 

 

Corey Dinsmore was convicted of altering serial numbers. Dinsmore was fined $25 plus court costs, and must pay $422.50 in restitution. 

 

Gaston Harris was convicted of misdemeanor death by vehicle. Harris was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation. Harris was also fined $500 plus court costs, and must surrender his license. 

 

Autumn Sky McDowell was convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. McDowell was sentenced to two days in jail, with two days credit time served. 

 

Chase Richardson was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ oz. Richardson was fined court costs.

 

Brian Keith Tipton was convicted of second-degree trespassing. Titpon was sentenced to one day in jail, with one day credit time served.
