Polk County District, Superior Court results – April 24, April 26 2023

In Polk County Superior Court on Monday, April 24, with Judge Peter Knight presiding, Polk County Superior Court heard 32 cases. Some cases were continued, or dismissed.

 

The following persons were convicted of crimes.

Megan Leigh Conner was convicted of possession of methamphetamine.  Conner was sentenced to six to 17 months in jail (with 10 days served), suspended for 12 months of supervised probation.

 

Robin Rhodes was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Rhodes was sentenced to 100 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of supervised probation. Rhodes must also pay $955 in restitution to, and have no contact with, Mike Secrhist, and is ordered to not go to Tryon Equestrian Center while on probation.

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, April 26, with Judge Abe Hudson presiding, Polk County Court heard 69 cases. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

 

The following persons were convicted of crimes.

 

Yevgeniy Asadulin was convicted of driving while impaired.  Asadulin was sentenced to five to ten days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation. Asadulin was fined $100 plus court costs and must complete 24 hours of community service and a substance abuse assessment.

 

Tamani Shantiec Boone was convicted of felony possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance. Boone was sentenced six to 17 months in jail, suspended for 12 months of supervised probation. 

 

Teri Marie Clayton was convicted of fleeing or eluding arrest with a motor vehicle. Clayton was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation, and was fined $300 plus court costs.

 

Kathryn Nicole Davis was convicted of driving while impaired. Davis was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation.  Davis must also complete 24 hours of community service and pay court costs.

 

Dhanram Dhanraj was convicted of careless and reckless driving. Dhanraj was fined $50 plus court costs.

 

Curtis Dakota Fee was convicted of driving while impaired and a concealed handgun permit violation. Fee was sentenced to 6 months in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation, must complete 72 hours of community service and was fined $600 plus court costs.

 

Joshua Daniel Fuhrer was convicted of reckless driving to endanger.  Fuhrer was fined $75 plus court costs.

 

Cody Alan Hipp was convicted of injury to real property. Hipp was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of supervised probation, was fined $500 plus court costs, and is ordered not to be on or about property belonging to Polk County Schools.

 

Jennifer Koch was convicted of careless and reckless driving. Koch was fined $50 plus court costs.

 

Shayne Littlejohn was convicted of second degree trespassing. Littlejohn was sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation, and is ordered not to be on or about the property of David Nortan.

 

Chris Robin Lockhart was convicted of spotlight/night deer hunting. Lockhart was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Amber Ceress Ramsey was convicted of driving while impaired. Ramsey was sentenced to four to 10 months in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation, was fined $800 plus court costs and must complete 48 days of inpatient treatment at Oasis Recovery. 

 

James Howard Robinette was convicted of reckless driving to endanger. Robinette was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Kate Yen Tran was convicted of reckless driving to endanger. Tran was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Brandon Keith Wall was convicted of felony larceny. Wall was sentenced to 120 days in jail with (52 days served), suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation, and must obtain a substance abuse assessment.

 

Allison Whipple was convicted of driving without a license. Whipple was fined $30 plus court costs.

 

Peter Kayden White was convicted of aggressive driving. White must pay court costs.

 

Jessie Lorene Miller was convicted of speeding. Miller must pay court costs.

 

Christopher Morrison was convicted of speeding. Morrison was fined $30 plus court costs.

 

Katherine Walton was convicted of speeding. Walton was fined $10 plus court costs.
