Polk County District Court Results – Oct. 29, 2018

In Polk County District Court on Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, with Judge Emily Cowan presiding, 44 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following were convicted of a crime:

Allison N. Bridgeman was convicted of possession of methamphetamine. Bridgeman was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation and court costs.

Jeffrey David Knack was convicted of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to one and ½ ounces and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. Knack was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served.

Kameron Sean Stone was convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Stone was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served.
