During the month of September 2018, the Tryon Police Department answered 164 calls for service.

There were seven citations issued, six accidents with property damage, two traffic controls, two arrests, nine security checks, 15 disturbance calls and 13 investigations.

Officers assisted other agencies 32 times and unlocked five vehicles.
