During the month of July 2018, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 534 calls for service.

There were 11 felony arrests, 33 misdemeanor arrests and 43 citations issued.

Officers completed 970 house checks, 3,146 business checks, 1,911 church checks, assisted the public 11 times, served 76 civil papers, 42 criminal papers and patrolled 23,559 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked 69 inmates, including 48 males and 21 females.
