During the month of March, the Columbus Police Department answered 424 calls for service.

There were two felony arrests, six misdemeanor arrests, one driving while impaired arrest and one fugitive arrested.

There were 84 speeding citations, 10 no operator’s license, nine driving while license revoked, three drug charges, three uninsured motorists, 12 careless and reckless driving, 17 registration violations and one open container.

Officers assisted other agencies 17 times, completed 438 community patrols and received 24 hours of training.
