Polk County Superior Court results for April 25

In Polk County Criminal Superior Court on April 25, 2016, with Judge Bradley B. Letts presiding, 50 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Candace Spurlin Barnette was convicted of speeding 82 mph in a 65 mph zone and open container. Barnette was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $150 in fines and court costs.

Angel Chamale Iquic was convicted of three counts of attempted first-degree sex offense on a child. Iquic was sentenced to 125-210 months in prison with credit for 658 days and court costs.

Robert Vance McCraw was convicted of injury to personal property and break or enter a motor vehicle. McCraw was sentenced to 8-9 months in prison with 171 days credit.
