Joan Melton Cantrell of Green Creek passed away Sept. 16, 2013.

She was a homemaker and a member of Sandy Springs First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her mother, Lois Edmonds Melton; husband, Robert Cantrell; sons, Allan Cantrell (Mary) and Michael Cantrell (Cathy) brothers, Bruce Melton (Donna) and Furman Melton (Phyllis) and two grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Sept. 21 at Sandy Springs First Baptist Church.
