Alec Philpott pitched all five innings against the Bearcats Tuesday, with five strikeouts, one walk and two hits.
On April 30 the team shutout Avery 14-0. To add to the excitement Joel Booker stole the show by setting a career record with his 102 hit. The winning pitcher that evening was Morgan Groves.
