Cynthia Queen

Born November 5, 1958, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Ray and Sue McCraw Champion. She was a former employee of John H. Montgomery Textiles of Chesnee and a member of Broad River Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Theodore (Teddy) E. Queen; a daughter, Natalie S. Smith of Inman; two brothers, Roger Putnam of Gaffney and Ray Putnam of Henrietta; and four step-brothers, Dennis Champion, Ronnie Champion and Donald Champion, all of Boiling Springs, and Jimmy Champion of Landrum.

Visitation will be noon to 1:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 2009, at Floyd&squo;s Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Ronell Owensby. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
