Long time Las Vegas resident and poker aficionado, H. Todd Derlachter, “took a cab” on July 31, 2015. He had lived in Columbus, N.C. for the past five years. Born in 1915 in St. Louis, Mo., he attended University of Missouri and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He served in the Army Signal Corps as a major from 1941-1946. Following his service, he spent 30 years as executive vice president of the Dunes Hotel and Casino.

He valued his many loyal and loving friends and expressed to all that during his 100 years of extraordinary life experiences he had not missed a thing.

He had the good fortune to be married 60 years to two wonderful women, first to Marjorie McCallag Derlachter and then to Pennie Levy Derlachter. He was predeceased by a daughter, Vicki Derlachter, and a sister, Bernice Lieberman. He leaves behind his daughter, Deborah Brown of North Carolina.
