William Max Nodine, 84, died July 2.

Surviving are his wife, Jessie Foster Nodine; sons, Steve Nodine and Greg Nodine of Greer, S.C.; step-daughter, Terry Wall of Green Creek, N.C.; brothers, Tony Nodine of Charlotte, N.C. and Jerry Nodine of North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; sister Ann Nodine of Landrum, S.C.; sister-in-law, Willie Nodine of Kannapolis, N.C.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services were July 6.
