Patricia Ann Burnett, 69, of Columbus passed away Monday morning, Sept. 24, 2012 in the Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills, Landrum.
Born in Polk County, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Ila Mae Stacy Kuykendall and wife of the late Robert E. Burnett, who died in 2008. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Teresa Villa (Paul) of San Antonio, Texas and Treena Meyers (Brian) of San Diego, Calif.; one son, David Burnett of Columbus; five grandchildren, Ian Cody, Benjamin Meyers, Nathan Meyers and Aidan Meyers and Kyssa Villa; one brother, Austin Kuykendall of Columbus, and one sister, Louise Morgan of Columbus.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon with Rev. Jimmy Owens officiating.
Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus.
The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel.
