POLK COUNTY—On October 20 and October 21, the Columbus Farmers Market and Saluda Tailgate Markets will be holding the Fall Market Finale, with live music, delicious seasonal tastings, and fall-themed crafts along with their usual array of vendors.

The Saluda Tailgate Market, which takes place on Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., will host Habitat for Humanity and a performance by local singer-songwriter Rob Simone. On Saturday morning, Columbus Farmers Market will feature numerous fall crafts and will welcome the Hendersonville Ukulele Group.

“Polk County Farmers Markets had a wonderful spring and summer season as we welcomed new vendors and customers,” said Market Event Coordinator Maureen Mitchell. “It was great to see everyone out and enjoying all the events planned: Tomato Daze, Mocktails, Gettin’ Messy n Coolin’ off w/Kids, Make your own Bug Spray, Community Health Fair, and Soap Carving—huge shout out to all the vendors that participated and supported these community engagement experiences.”
