Sam Woodbery, whose roots run deep in Western North Carolina, grew up in Asheville, where his father always emphasized education. He started the podcast to continue to educate himself and others on the goings on in the region.

“I encourage folks to go to the website and check out our podcast that promotes the theater but also touches on interesting subjects in the Southern Blue Ridge,” he says.

“It’s fun to be able to talk about what’s going on in the community,” Ashley says. “And to interview these cool people and spread the word about what’s going on up here at the theater.”

The podcast also features beautiful Americana theme music composed by musician Sarah Louise French, a close friend of Ashley’s.
