During the month of June 2018, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 575 calls for service.

There were 15 felony arrests, 28 misdemeanor arrests and 41 citations issued.

Officers served 64 civil papers, 54 criminal papers, completed 870 house checks, 2,540 business checks, 1,493 church checks, assisted the public 12 times and patrolled 21,982 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked a total of 75 inmates, including 50 men and 25 women.
