Reindeer Games to be held Dec. 14

Published 4:19 pm Wednesday, December 6, 2017

Join us for the most festive and heartwarming track meet in all of North Carolina! Santa and a few elves will be there!

Our PCHS team won the Commissioner’s Cup last year from the NCHSAA for this event.

Each year, we hold this meet to collect canned goods to give to Thermal Belt Outreach to help the families in our area. Not only is this event a traditional track meet, we also have a competition to see which school brings the most cans and PCHS is undefeated! We are very proud of that! We collected over 3,000 cans last year from all schools and fans. Each fan can ‘pay’ admission of $5 or bring cans for entry to be counted for the total for the school of their choice. Each athlete is also required to ‘pay’ an entry fee of at least one can.
