With state playoffs beginning today against visiting Saluda, S.C., Landrum’s baseball team seems to be peaking right on schedule, the Cardinals having shellacked visiting Spartanburg Christian Academy, 16-0, on Friday, April 21.

That action took place at Landrum.

Head coach Daniel Little’s team is 17-3 overall, and 6-3 in Region I, going into Tuesday’s 7 p.m. clash against the Saluda Tigers.
