This evening, Landrum will send its men’s and women’s basketball teams to visit Blue Ridge in non-region competition.

Going into last night’s non-conference game at Blue Ridge, the Lady Cardinals were 4-0, after defeating Riverside, 45-36, on the road, on Thursday, Dec. 1.

On Thursday, Riverside defeated the Cardinal men, 83-65. It was the first season loss for the Redbirds (1-1).

Both squads faced Blue Ridge last evening. Scores were not available at press time.

Both the men’s and women’s teams will host Riverside this Thursday, Dec. 8, starting at 6 p.m. First conference game for each team is Dec. 12, when the Cardinals host West Oak.

So far, the women have defeated Clinton, Woodruff, Polk County and Riverside.

Landrum’s men have defeated Polk County.
