Climb to Conquer Cancer rescheduled

Bicyclists planning to ride in the annual Climb to Conquer Cancer will meet Sunday, April 26, at 9:30 a.m. at Caro Mi-Dining Room, with the ride up and down the Saluda Grade beginning at 10 a.m. The ride was rescheduled due to rainy conditions forecast for the original ride date of Saturday, April 25. The ride boosts efforts by local cyclist and ride organizer John Cash to support the Gibbs Cancer Center’s Survivorship Program in Spartanburg. Donations, made out to Gibbs Cancer Center, can be made at the ride, or dropped off/mailed to, Nature’s Storehouse, 427 S. Trade Street, Tryon, N.C. 28782. Call 828-859-6356 for more information.
