Justin Brian Harris, a 2009 graduate of Polk County High School, recently made the dean’s list for the fall semester at Western Carolina University. Harris is a junior and is currently majoring in electrical engineering and computer technology. He is the son of Karen and Randy Harris of Green Creek.
