Free CPR and Heimlich Maneuver training

In 2006, both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross changed their guidelines for choking victims and now recommend other options as well as the Heimlich maneuver. Additionally, the way to give cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) has changed from when many of us learned it.

Come and get updates that might save a life at this free program at Saluda Fire and Rescue Department on Thursday, April 16 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. This program is supported by The City of Saluda, The Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration and The Saluda United Methodist Church.
