The Green Creek Archery Club announces its first ever money shoot.

It will be held on Sunday, Jan. 27 in the gym at the Green Creek Community Center with the first line at 2 p.m. and the second line at 4 p.m.

The shoot will consist of two practice ends, followed by a 300 Lancaster round with a 50 percent payback. The payout will be at the conclusion of the second line.  Spectators are welcome, admission is free, and anyone with an interest in archery is encouraged to attend.

There is a small fee for entry.

The Green Creek Archery Club was formed for archery enthusiasts of all ages. They have a 20-yard, five lane indoor range set up in the gym at the Green Creek Community Center (it will be expanded to nine lanes for the money shoot).

The organization offers group lessons for kids with a Level 4 National Coach on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. and open shooting for adults on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m.
