On Wednesday, the NC Main Street Program hosted a regional workshop for Main Street Directors and municipal officials on ‘How to Use Federal Historic Tax Credits’ to develop downtown properties. Tryon was selected to host this day-long seminar. More than fifty people registered. During lunch, they visited local shops and restaurants before returning to finish the seminar.
