Polk volunteers sweep Green River and Lake Adger

On Lake Adger, volunteers Susan and Jerry Atwood, and Jamie and Mike Davidson, spent the morning on boats removing debris from one-quarter mile of shoreline and along selected roadsides. The overall effort was bolstered tremendously by the use of a large trailer, generously loaned by Tim and Sara Bell of Green River Adventures in Saluda.
