Big Brothers Big Sisters annual Bowl for Kids’ sake

Big Brothers Big Sisters will host its annual Bowl for Kids’ sake event Nov. 10 at Autumn Lanes in Forest City.
The organization is looking for teams interested in bowling and raising money for kids in need of good mentors. All bowlers receive a T-shirt, two free games, shoes, pizza and drinks. You also have the opportunity to win great prizes while Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Teams of three to five bowlers are formed to participate on Nov. 10, with each bowler raising a minimum of $50 in pledges (or $35 for students). BBBS has made fundraising for the event easy by allowing participants help through www.bbbswnc.org or go directly to First Giving: https://www.firstgiving.com/bbbswnc/bowl-for-kids-sakepolk
If you cannot participate on Nov. 10 you can still encourage your friends to donate to support this event by visiting the above link and setting up a page as a “virtual bowler.”
