The City of Landrum is currently working on a video for its website centered on the citys slogan, Theres more to do in Landrum.

Landrum City Council discussed last week a video to be placed on the citys website at www.cityoflandrum.com. The video will focus on the city’s beauty and attractions and will be designed to draw more visitors.

City administrator Steve Wolochowicz said the video will show a lot of illustrations of the town and the area, with cameos from residents.

The video, which will be approximately three to five minutes long, will cost the city $2,500. The money will come from hospitality tax funds.

Synergy Point, the citys website providers, are handling the video.

It is not known yet when the video will be complete to be placed on the website.
