I am diligently working on getting together information about Harmon Field for my book Harmon Fields of America ~ The Living Legacy of William E. Harmon.

I have learned that the park in downtown Saluda was bought with funds from the Harmon Foundation. I am looking for anyone who has information about either the park in Saluda or Harmon Field in Tryon.

I am also looking for interesting personal stories in regard to either park, and also information about the Giant Stride in Saludas park, as well as the memorial area for John Livingston McKnight at Harmon Field in Tryon. I may be contacted via e-mail at usaharmonfields@gmail.com or 828-894-3370
