Tammy Wells Cox

I am a lifelong resident of Landrum.

I have been married for 18 years to Jody Cox, a 23-year retired veteran of the S.C. National Guard with two deployments to Iraq. We are proud parents of one 13-year-old child, Caitlyn.

I have been a sales rep at Carolina Emblem for more than 27 years and a District One school bus driver for 29 years, as well as treasurer of the Landrum Youth Sports Association for eight years.

Billy Inman

I am Billy Inman candidate for Landrum City Council. My family have been residents of Landrum since 1982 and I have lived in Spartanburg County for most of my life.

It has been my privilege and honor to have served the Citizens of Landrum as a councilman for six terms starting in the mid 1980s.

I am married to Shirlene Inman and have three adult children, Kylie, Anna and Jake, all graduates of Landrum High School. In addition are my son-in-law Brian and my grandchildren Julia and Ellie.

I am a 1977 graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate with a degree in business and am an Eagle Scout. My wife and I have owned and operated Kids Palace Learning Center in Landrum since 1997. I am also the operations manager for Fleetgistics delivery in the upstate and midlands of South Carolina, northeast Georgia and western North Carolina.

We are members of Campobello United Methodist Church, where I serve as administrative council chairman. I have been Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America in Landrum for many years, coached youth sports in Landrum and currently help with Landrum High School football as the clock operator for home football games.

Savannah Martin

My name is Savannah Martin and I have lived in Landrum for most of my life. As a child, I attended O.P. Earle Elementary followed by Landrum middle then graduated a Cardinal at Landrum High.

I then earned a bachelor’s degree at USC Upstate in Sociology. In 2008 my husband and I moved our family back to Landrum.

During the past five years I have worked for Spartanburg School District One as a High School Soccer and Tennis Coach as well as a teacher’s assistant at Inman Elementary and then in the media center at Landrum High. This spring I resigned from my position with the school to spend more time at home with my family and work towards gaining my masters degree.

Our family loves the Landrum community. It’s a wonderful little corner of the world to raise our three children and a place we can be proud to call our home.

Now that I have more time, I would like to give back to the community that has given me so much throughout my life.

My husband and I returned to Landrum because of the quality of this community and because he knew how special this town is to me. Serving on the city council would give me the opportunity to positively influence our community. I would like to be included in the decisions that shape the place where my children, as well as many others, will live and grow.

I feel becoming a member of the city council would allow me to help Landrum continue to be the charming, community-centered town that we all love; while moving into the future in a positive and prosperous way.

Randy Wohnig

I am 59 years old. I am married to Kim Wohnig, office manager at Wood Creek Dental of Landrum. We have two children: Randy Jr. in Columbia, S.C. and Sarah at home, a nursing student.

I am a retired firefighter from the city of Columbia, S.C. I have worked as a paint contractor, carpenter and done home repairs for 30 years. I am the owner of Aardvark Restorations and Renovations.

I serve as deacon and Sunday school teacher at Gowensville First Baptist Church.

We moved to Landrum, S.C. from Charlotte, N.C. in the summer of 2001. The reasons that we moved to Landrum are the public schools and small town atmosphere. We have been blessed with great neighbors and friends, schools and church.

I have previously served two terms with Landrum City Council. It was a pleasure to serve my community. I wish to serve again and be an ear and a vote for the conservative issues.
