The rodeo will begin at 7:30 p.m. on both nights. The gates will open at 6 p.m., and tickets will be available at the gate.

As part of the International Professional Rodeo Association, the rodeo will feature bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. It will also feature steer wrestling, cowgirls breakaway roping, team roping, cowgirls barrel racing, and tie-down roping.

Although families are invited to the rodeo both nights, Friday night is branded as “Family Night.” Food and drinks will be available for purchase on both nights.

All proceeds from the rodeo will support FENCE’s programs and events, such as the Therapeutic Riding of Tryon program, youth and adult educational programs, summer camps, and free family events. Additionally, the funds raised will help to support the organization’s upkeep and maintenance of 384 acres of land and five miles of trails, which are open to the public at no cost 365 days a year.

The rodeo will be held in a covered arena with plenty of on-site parking. It will be held rain or shine.

For more information about this event, contact FENCE at (828) 859-9021 or info@fence.org, or visit fence.org. FENCE is located at 3381 Hunting Country Road in Tryon.
