Visit to historic Huckleberry Ridge Cemetery planned for June

On Saturday, June 1, the Arledge clan will cross the Green River to visit Huckleberry Ridge Cemetery.
The cemetery contains 40 to 45 graves, most of which are marked with uninscribed fieldstones. There are several marked stones, with the earliest dated 1813 and the latest dated 1884.
The crossing site is 3.6 miles from Silver Creek Baptist Church.
All are welcome to go to this historic site and are asked to meet at the Silver Creek Baptist parking lot at 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 1.
