The Polk Central Elementary Chorus and Sunny View Elementary Chorus took center stage on April 12, dazzling the crowd at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena during a Greenville Swamp Rabbits hockey game.

Under the direction of music teacher Lacey Cochran, both groups joined forces to deliver a stirring rendition of “God Bless America” during the first intermission.

Following their captivating performance, the students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the excitement of professional hockey as they cheered on the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in their matchup against the Atlanta Gladiators. The energy was palpable as fans rallied behind their team during the thrilling 7-3 victory, cementing the Swamp Rabbits’ position as the 2024 East Coast Hockey League South Division Champions.
