INMAN—The excitement is building as construction continues toward completion of two new Independent Living Apartment Communities at RoseCrest. RoseCrest, a Continuing Care Retirement Community near I-26 and Hwy. 176, is a part of the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, a non-profit senior living organization.

The Courtyards at RoseCrest offers an award-winning design of unique cottage-style apartment homes with “Aging in Place” at the core of its design. Comprised of two “pocket” neighborhoods built onsite on RoseCrest’s 68 acres, there are two sets of 9 apartments (1 and 2-bedroom units).  Each apartment cluster surrounds a landscaped common courtyard with livable porches to enhance outdoor recreation as well as socializing with neighbors, offering a private, screened-in rear porch. Pre-leasing has been very successful, and tours are currently being scheduled for those interested.

This new rental offering provides an option for seniors to enjoy an independent lifestyle without a large up-front entrance fee.

RoseCrest is known for its many services, including Post-Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Active Lifestyle Cottages. RoseCrest is a South Carolina-based nonprofit and faith-based organization.
