POLK COUNTY—Dreamwinds welcomed the community to its official grand opening of a new Equine Experiential Learning Center on Peniel Rd. on Saturday. Dreamwinds Equine Assisted Learning Centre offers EAL certification, and team building and life skills programs using horses as guides.

Guests took part in their unique equine learning exercises, enjoyed treats from Frozen Frog and met some adoptable puppies from Foothills Humane Society while touring the new modern teaching facility.

“Our vision for the property has always been to create a unique space for people to connect, learn and grow,” said Tracey Evans, President and Master Instructor. “Our experiential equine programs bring people together to explore their leadership, communication and collaboration skills. It’s a unique approach where the horses weigh in and it is amazing how people will listen and learn better ways to relate and work together.”

Dreamwinds has a busy Fall planned with corporate team events, fun Date Night and Ladies Night programs along with a week-long EAL Facilitator Certification, training others to run their own Equine Experiential programs through their international Certification program.

“We specialize in custom group events and look forward to hearing from our community on the types of programs they would like to see in the future. We want to serve Polk County and beyond as a center of excellence for personal and professional development,” said Tracey.
