TRYON—The Congregational Church of Tryon, UCC, is organizing Christkindlmarkt, a European-style outdoor Christmas Market being held in Tryon on December 9 from 1 to 6 p.m.
The church is seeking artists, crafters and specialty food vendors for the holiday market. Christkindlmarkt will be in the large parking lot across the street from the church, located at 210 Melrose Avenue in Tryon.
The fee for a 10’x10’ vendor space is $25, and there are limited spaces available. Vendors will keep all proceeds from their sales.
Participants in the event include Haus Heidelberg food truck and Guidon Brewing, who will have a beer tent onsite. The event will feature a kids’ area, Santa Claus, live music, Christmas lights, fire barrels for extra warmth and a good time for all.
For more information and to request a vendor application, contact Jackie Weedon at 828-894-5970 or weedon@windstream.net. Form and payment must be submitted by November 19.
