Saluda Elementary School faculty members geared up for the 2023-24 school year by participating in Summer A+ Day.

The day of activities is part of Saluda’s status as one of the A+ Schools of North Carolina.

Staff members took part in brainstorming ideas for the upcoming school year and discussed ways to integrate arts into the curriculum. The group also participated in team-building activities led by Sara Bell, a local business owner and president and CEO of the Polk County Community Foundation, and Rob Parsons, Saluda representative on the Polk County Board of Education.
