He also admitted to driving Qualon back to the Rutherford County home, where both men were later arrested.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant of the home and located the AR-15 rifle that was allegedly used to shoot Forney.

Jaleel Sutton and Qualon Sutton are brothers, although Jaleel isn’t biologically related to the deceased, police say.

Jaleel Sutton was charged with accessory after the fact and was booked into the Polk County Detention Center under a 1 million dollar bond. His first court date will be on Wednesday, June 26.

Qualon Sutton was charged with first degree murder and booked into the Polk County Detention Center without bond. His first court date will be on Wednesday, June 19.

Officials say there may be additional charges forthcoming for others involved in harboring Qualon Sutton once the investigation is completed.
