Flash flooding along Skyuka Creek was reported by emergency management, according to the warning. Flash flooding of small waterways, highways and streets, as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas, was possible in the affected counties.

If you encounter a flooded road while driving, turn around. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
