Carolina Panthers returning to Spartanburg for 2023 training camp

SPARTANBURG–Fans of NFL football will have a chance to see professional action up close once again this summer, as the Carolina Panthers report to training camp at Wofford College in Spartanburg.

On Thursday, the Panthers announced its 2023 training camp schedule at the college, located at 429 N. Church St. in Spartanburg.

Twelve total practices will be open to the public during training camp at Gibbs Stadium, with the first practice set for Wednesday, July 26, at 10:15 a.m. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, quarterback Bryce Young, will report to camp with fellow rookies on July 22, while veterans will report to camp on July 25.

Training camp will feature joint practices with the New York Jets for two days this year, on August 9 and 10, giving locals the opportunity for a glimpse of the newest Jets QB, Aaron Rodgers.

Although tickets are required to attend, practices remain free and open to the public. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster beginning Thursday, June 29, at 10 a.m. Fans will be limited to six free tickets per account.
