COLUMBUS–Polk County’s graduation ceremony took place Friday night at the high school.
Honor speaker Samantha Collins had a simple message Friday for her fellow graduates in Polk County High School’s Class of 2023.
“Don’t stop here,” Collins said during her speech. “Don’t. Stop. Here.”
Themes of fresh beginnings, reflections on years past and an appreciation of community ran through Polk County’s 2023 commencement exercises in G.M. Tennant Stadium. Family and friends packed the stadium to celebrate the newest alumni of PCHS.
From Alejandra Melanie Aguirre to Reilly Blaze Yoder, seniors stepped onto the stage, received their diplomas from PCHS Principal Michelle Bean and walked away as the newest Wolverine alumni.
Their future awaits.
