Foothills Music Club holds last meeting of season

TRYON–The Foothills Music Club met on Thursday, May 11, at Tryon First Baptist Church. All members present participated in this last meeting of the 2022-2023 season.
The program theme was A Musical Montage and included a variety of music from the 17th to 20th centuries.
Performances included a women’s vocal ensemble, an instrumental quartet with two recorders, bassoon, and piano; an instrumental trio with melodica, recorder, and piano; a piano duet and a flute duet. There were vocal solos as well as solos on flute, harmonica and piano.
