The Kiwanis Club of Tryon recently held a food drive for Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry. The club collected 174 pounds of food items. The food pantry was established to alleviate the physical and emotional hunger of those in need in a dignified and supportive manner. The food pantry is a client-choice pantry where clients can shop once a month for items they need.
