Tryon Presbyterian Church invites area children and their families to an Easter egg hunt and more on Saturday, April 1. The event, appropriate for children ages 1 to 10, will begin at 10 a.m. at the church at 430 Harmon Field Road.

In addition to hunting eggs, children will be able to make crafts, have their faces painted, enjoy a balloon artist and hear the Easter story. Homemade baked goods and drinks, but not candy, will be offered.

There is no cost to attend, but because space is limited families are asked to register their children at www.tryonpresbyterian.org/easter-event.
