The Board of Directors of Tryon Painters and Sculptors voted to nominate Nancy Holland for induction into the Second Wind Hall of Fame, and the board of Second Wind Hall of Fame accepted the nomination. At the Tryon Painters and Sculptors board meeting on Feb. 21, Holland was officially inducted by Second Wind Hall of Fame Board member Carol Browning.

Holland has served her community diligently and has served the community she came from, as well. In Spartanburg, she was active in Sertoma and is a past president, and served on the Advisory Board for Mental Health America of Spartanburg.

Since moving to Tryon, Nancy has served as President of Tryon Painters and Sculptors. Holland currently serves on the Board of St. Luke’s Foundation and volunteers with the Tryon International Film Festival, while also serving on the Resource Committee of Guiding Reins.
