After closing for the month of January for cleaning and reorganization, the Polk County Historical Museum and Genealogy Center is reopening on Saturday, February 4. The doors to the museum will be opened at 10 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m.

“We are excited to offer this community resource to the residents of the county,” said PCHA Vice President Becky Hudson. “All combined our volunteers have spent several hundred hours on the historical exhibits.
