PCHS FFA Veterinary Science Team place second in state competition

The Polk County FFA Veterinary Science Team placed second in the West Region of North Carolina at the NC FFA State Veterinary Science Competition at Lee County High School in Sanford, N.C., on Saturday, November 19. The participants demonstrated their knowledge in all areas of veterinary science, from breed and parasite identification to clinical and handling practicums.
