Christkindlmarkt, a Family Christmas Market is set for Saturday, December 10 at Tryon’s Congregational Church, UCC in Tryon.

The Congregational Church, UCC in Tryon’s Christkindlmarkt will unite German and European tradition with local Tryon charm. This tradition originates from 16th century Germany and was one of the first outdoor markets of its kind. It features artisans and crafters, food, drink, music, and holiday cheer. For further enjoyment, there will be opportunities to have a drink at the Guidon Brewing Co. tent and dinner at the Haus Heidelberg food truck. The kids can delight in crafts and face painting. There’s word that SANTA may make an early visit to the Market that day.
