Arledge Clan river crossing to visit historic site planned for this month

On Saturday, November 26, the Arledge Clan will cross the Green River to the Huckleberry Ridge Cemetery. After they cross the River, Donald Arledge will lead the group up to the cemetery site.
The cemetery contains 40 to 45 graves, most of which are marked with uninscribed fieldstones. There are several marked stones, ranging from 1813 to 1884.
The crossing site is 3.6 miles from Silver Creek Baptist Church. All are welcome to go to this historic site and are asked to meet at the Silver Creek Baptist Church parking lot at 9 a.m.
